after-sales service
We provide after-sales and maintenance service for all our instruments, and we can supply spare parts for old instruments, as long as it is possible.
This after-sales and maintenance service is usually made in our site in Caluire France (69). However, for specific case, we can provide this service on your worksite in Europe.
When we are receiving your instrument and after examining it, we send you a free quotation about repair under 48h00 maximum.
The repair is made after giving your agreement ; a calibration can be provided after the repair if necessar.
